  • Responses to intake and feedback forms

  • Payment confirmation details (processed through PayPal — we do not store credit card information)

  • Register for a program through our website (Wix)

  • Complete intake or feedback forms (Google Forms)

  • Communicate with us by email

  • Make a payment through PayPal on direct deposit

  • Attend live sessions via Zoom

  • Enroll you in the program

  • Send program updates and learning materials

4. Protection of Your Information

We store your data securely using trusted platforms (Wix, Google, Zoom, and PayPal), and access is restricted to authorized members of the Virage team.

We provide cohort participants with a private access code to view course materials hosted on our website. This code is intended for your personal use only. You are responsible for keeping this access code confidential and for ensuring that others do not use it to view or download course content.

We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure of personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it with trusted service providers when needed to operate the program (e.g., Zoom, Google Forms, PayPal, Wix).
