Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Enrollment is limited to 12 participants per cohort. We begin preparing materials and customizing elements for each cohort weeks in advance. For this reason, we have a structured refund policy — and we encourage you to register only if you’re confident you’re ready for this transformative experience.

We offer the following refund terms:

• More than 30 days before the course start date: 75% refund

• 8 to 30 days before the course start date: 50% refund

• 7 days or less before the course start date: No refunds will be issued

You may choose to transfer your spot to a future cohort (if available) instead of receiving a partial refund.

No refunds will be issued once the course has begun.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@viragesolutions.org within the timeframes noted above.
